Princess Mishael’s visit to the center

The Yousef Abdul Latif Jameel Chair for Therapeutic Applications in Prophetic Medicine was honored by the visit of Her Royal Highness Princess Mishael bint Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

On Tuesday 2/10/1436 AH corresponding to 12/2/2014 AD.

Her Highness the Prince visited the Prophet’s Medicine Center in Building (7) College of Medicine - King Abdulaziz University at 11 a.m. and inspected the Prophet’s Medicine Pavilion and was accompanied by His Excellency Prof. Dr. Souad Khalil Al-Jaouni, supervisor of the Youssef Abdul Latif Jameel Chair for Prophetic Medicine, and His Excellency Prof. Dr. Sawsan Rahim, Professor of the Chair of Prophetic Medicine, and His Excellency the Vice Dean of the College of Medicine, Female Section, Dr. Faten Al-Sayes and His Excellency, Vice Dean of Student Affairs, Female Section, Prof. Dr. Hanaa Jamjoom, His Excellency the Head of the Transfusion Medicine Department at King Abdulaziz University Hospital, Dr. Salwa Hindawi, and some of the chair’s members. The chair’s supervisor explained to Her Royal Highness the chair’s achievements and the medical research it provides emanating from the Sunnah of the Prophet, at the highest level of research, and its effective impact on human health. She also presented It contains some of the results of prophetic medicine research and the medical achievements that have been reached in this scientific field emanating from the honorable Prophetic Sunnah. Her Royal Highness also visited and opened the permanent Prophetic Medicine exhibition and prophetic medicine research clinics and the services they provide to cupping research patients. Her Royal Highness concluded her tour. With her signature in the chair’s memorial visits register, and she received from His Excellency Prof. Dr. Souad Khalil Al-Jaouni, chair supervisor, received a memorial shield for her participation and scientific excellence.
